Bean Bag Rental Pricing and Availability

Bean Bag Hire has a full-scale rental model in place enabling a large number of weatherproof bean bags to be hired. As with many things in life, the more you order the lower the price. A list of prices is documented below (all costs indicated below excl. VAT)

Hire 5 to 10 bean bags and pay £20 per bean bag
Hire 11 to 25 bean bags and pay £18 per bean bag
Hire 26 to 45 bean bags and pay £15 per bean bag
Hire 46 to 99 bean bags and pay £12 per bean bag
Hire 100 to 150 bean bags and pay £10 per bean bag

Delivery Costs

Bean Bag Hire also has their own network of delivery drivers who cater to your specified times for collection and drop-off. No surcharges are made for deliveries made out of hours or indeed at weekends.

Based within the M25 and are hiring between 5 and 74 bean bags?
Total delivery cost will be £120 (this includes drop-off and collection)

Based within the M25 and are hiring between 75 and 150 bean bags?
Total delivery cost will be £240 (this includes 2 x drop-off and collection)

Based outside of the M25?
Please contact us and Bean Bag Hire will come back with their most competitive price for delivery to the location you specify.

Want to collect and drop-off from our warehouse yourself or maybe you know a man who can do it cheaper?
You are most welcome to co-ordinate your own collection and drop-off. A fixed administration fee of £15 is charged for this and approximate arrival times are requested in advance of your hire.

A Quick Overview of our Terms

Bean Bag Hire understands that occasionally accidents do occur and do as much as they can to limit this

All bean bags are of course Flame Retardant and comply with UK law
All bean bags are suitable for outside use and are designed to be wiped clean if something happens to be spilt on them
All bean bags are delivered in thick plastic bags to avoid getting dirtied in transport to and from your event

When the rental period comes to a close, you need to place all the beanbags back within the plastic bags that they arrived in. The bags will be inspected to ensure they are in good condition. A charge of £99 exists for any irreparably damaged or lost/stolen bean bags, if they are returned in a soiled condition, then a cleaning deduction of £5 per dirty beanbag will processed. Should any bean bags be returned without their alloted plastic outer bag then a deduction of £2.50 will be made.

When you place your order, you will need to sign our T&C's and your credit card will be placed on file in case any of these subsequent charges need to be placed.
